Free spirit, wandering nomad she roams the shore. Her shining blue eyes penetrate the dull sea; the dull sea that does not reach back to embrace her though she lifts her arms to it simply waiting and hoping. The wind blows her white cotton dress about her bare legs. The skies are open, the heavens burst and overflow with their bounty and warmth, detonating its presence to all the earth, save this lone figure sprawled at its very heart. The lone figure that truly cares.
She brushes the familiar tear she now knows so well from her cheek, her crystal eyes unchanged; her face a mask, for such disappointment was expected. Her arms drop slo
